Rinato Foundation is an Indian Non-Profit Organization(NGO) based in Kerala State, working for uplifting the living standard of rural youth and women through quality education. Rinato Foundation was founded by a group of professional social workers in the year 2019. Later the Organization was registered under The Travancore Cochin Literary and Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act 1955 – Kerala.

Mr Dhinshan K Daulson

Founder & Director

A professional social worker – MBA, MSW with proven experience in the area of education industry, skill development programs, women empowerment programs, youth affairs and an expert in martial arts (Karate Instructor, 2nd Dan Black Belt, Wado Ryu Karate India).
Managing & implementing projects of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) & State Kudumbasree Mission, Kerala for different agencies in India. Expert in the area of project planning & initiation. Works very close to the rural areas of Kerala, Tamil Nādu, Karnataka, Gujarat & Rajasthan.

Secretary & Director

A professional social worker who is based in United Kingdoms, expert in the area of family and child welfare, youth counselling & mentoring, skill development areas & women empowerment projects in India.

Ms. Moly Rhapy

Director - Academics

A dedicated, enthusiastic professional for over 30 years, nurturing children & youth in the education and higher education field. A Post Graduate in Psychological Counselling and Masters in Computer Application. She has taken leadership in Organizing various programs as a part of curriculum activities. Ms.Moly Raphy is also a south-after faculty as a trainer, counsellor, mentor and a tutor. A thought leader and an influencer to the needy in all ages.
Her highlighted achievements are:
  • Post Graduate in Psychological Counseling.
  • Diploma in Counseling.
  • Diploma in Parenting, learning enhancement inclusion in education.
  • Certificate course in Learning Disability.

Mr Dhanish K Daulson

Director - Administration

A Professional in Human Resource Management with over 15 years of experience in various sectors. Masters in Business Administration.

The aims and objects to be pursued by the Society are –

a. To initiate, carry out, execute, implement, aid and assist activities towards skill development/ tribal & rural development/ Children, Youth & Women affairs and the above mentioned services in Kerala and meeting the entire value chain’s requirements of appropriately trained manpower in quantity and quality on a sustained and evolving basis.

b. To coordinate the participation of social partners, employers in the private sector, training providers, professional societies and NGOs/civil society groups in the process of skill development of the Sector.

c. To work with global consultants, Sector associations as well as experts from national and international agencies associated with research and development, training, skill development, course accreditation or other required specializations in the Sector which is mentioned in the areas of participation.

d. To organize and participate in seminars, conferences, fairs related to the objects of the Society and to compile, collate, edit and publish technical reports and papers related to the objects of the Society.

e. To run educational institutions, training institutions and publish books, reports journals, magazines, newspapers, periodicals, thesis, researches, writings, discoveries, documents, news and information.

These are some of the major objectives mentioned under the registration (MoA – ByLaws) of the Organization.

Major Activities

1. Implementation Partner for Indira Charitable Trust since 2019 to execute DDUGKY India – A Skill Development Program for uplifting rural youth in Kerala State.

2. Project Consultant for Asmita Skill Learning Development Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since 2020 to execute the DDUGKY Project in Kerala State.

3. Designed and implementing a regular counseling workshop from the school level to graduates. The workshop offers Clinical Counseling, Psychological Counseling & B.E.T for various age groups.

4. Partner for Blue Education Academy, Surat for implementing various free education programs of both State/ Central Governments in Gujarat State.

5. Various other social service activities in tribal areas of South Gujarat and Kerala.
